Baby float & hydrotherapyin London, Ontario
Your baby floats freely in a custom infant tub of fresh, warm water, supported by a soft neck float. The water feels a lot like the womb, which is why so many babies settle within minutes.

Every tub is plumbed straight to hot and cold supply, so it is drained and refilled for each baby. No chlorine, no chemicals, and the water is held between 95 and 100°F, close to body temperature.

Common questions
Is baby float hydrotherapy safe?
Yes. Every baby floats in fresh water. Our tubs are plumbed directly to hot and cold supply, so the tub is drained and refilled for each little one and nothing is shared between babies. No chemicals are added, and the water is held between 95 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit. A team member is present throughout, your baby is never left unattended, and every session is adapted to your baby's cues.
What is in the water?
Fresh water and nothing else. We add no chlorine and no chemicals. Our tubs are plumbed to hot and cold supply and drain, so each baby floats in a freshly filled tub that is emptied afterwards. We hold the temperature between 95 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit, which is close to body temperature and comfortable for a newborn.
What age can my baby start hydrotherapy?
We welcome babies from 1 month up to 3 years. Our team assesses your baby's readiness at every visit and adapts the session to their stage, so a newborn's first float looks quite different from a confident toddler's.
What should I bring to the session?
A fresh diaper, a swim diaper, and your baby's favourite towel. We provide everything else. Feeding your baby 30 to 45 minutes before you arrive tends to make for a calmer, happier float.
How is this different from a Baby Combo Session?
This session is the float on its own. It is booked as a 30 minute slot, with about 20 minutes of that in the water and the rest for getting changed and settled. A Baby Combo Session is a longer visit that pairs the float with a hands-on treatment, so your baby gets both in one appointment. You can pair the float with RMT-led infant massage, baby osteopathy or baby physiotherapy.
Will my baby cry during hydrotherapy?
Some babies settle straight away, others need a few minutes to adjust, and a little crying at first is completely normal. Sessions are baby-led, so we slow down, pause for a cuddle or a feed, and let your baby set the pace. You stay right beside them the whole time.
Give your baby a float they'll love.
About 20 minutes in warm, fresh water, with you right beside them.
