Your benefits card, or your plan and member numbers.
2. We submit the claim
We send it to your insurer during your visit and see the approved amount right away.
3. Pay your portion
You pay only what your plan doesn't cover, and get a receipt either way.
Direct billing questions
Which services can you direct bill?
Registered massage therapy (including prenatal, postnatal, hot stone, Thai and infant massage by an RMT), physiotherapy, acupuncture and osteopathy, as long as your plan covers that type of care. We check when you arrive.
What do I need to bring?
Your benefits card or your plan and member numbers, and the plan member's date of birth if the plan is under a spouse or parent.
What if my insurer isn't listed, or my claim is declined?
You pay at the desk and we give you an official receipt to submit yourself. Coverage limits, deductibles and whether a referral is needed are set by your plan, so it's worth checking before your visit.
Can I use a spouse's plan for my baby's massage?
Often, yes, if the plan covers dependants and registered massage therapy. Bring the plan member's details and we'll try it.
