I also truly enjoy working with infants and children. I use gentle, age-appropriate massage techniques to support comfort, bonding, and overall wellness in a safe and nurturing environment. My goal is always to help both babies and parents feel calm, supported, and cared for. I believe every client is unique, so I take the time to create individualized treatment plans and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary settings when needed. Whether I’m supporting a growing family, a new parent, or a little one, my focus is always on providing thoughtful, safe, and nurturing care.

Parents come to her with the questions that keep them up at night: why feeding hurts, whether baby is getting enough, how to get a baby to take a bottle, when and how to start solids, and what to do about sleep or potty learning. Saja can help with: • Breastfeeding, latch and feeding pain • Milk supply, pumping and flange fittings • Bottle feeding and bottle refusal • Starting solids, including gagging vs choking • Prenatal feeding and newborn questions • Infant and toddler sleep, and potty learning • Infant CPR and choking education. At Dolphin Dive, Saja runs a free 15-minute family clinic on the fourth Friday of every month and leads free parent classes. The clinic is a friendly first conversation, not a full assessment. If you need more in-depth support, Saja will explain your options.

Her classes are built around confidence, calm and connection, taught through movement, mindfulness and play. The younger group gets stories, animal poses and breathing games. The older group gets real poses, real stillness and a proper rest at the end. Nobody is scored and nobody is behind. Melanie also teaches our Wednesday evening Women’s Restorative class, which starts right after the kids finish.
